Booking options & service information

• Enquiry & booking: Non-binding online or by email/telephone; binding reservation by written confirmation and deposit (€500/apartment) 
• Check-in/out: Arrival from 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.; prices do not include local tax for guests aged 15 and over 
• Cancellation policy: Free of charge up to 3 months in advance, thereafter graduated fees up to 100% for last-minute cancellations

The evaluation of the website's compliance with the BaFG was carried out in the form of a self-test in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Our website is continuously being improved.
