ARRIVAL: Saturday from 4pm on, DEPARTURE: Saturday by 10am.
Bring your own: table linens/dish towels.
Pets are permitted - EUR 10/day (pet food not included) - not allowed in suites.
We request your cooperation in that all apartments & suites are no-smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke in the hotel lobby and bar (except during breakfast times).
Upon transmission of our reservation confirmation, your reservation becomes binding on both parties. A deposit is required amounting to EUR 300 per apartment - please transfer this amount to our bank account: Account No. 033100744 at Volksbank Radstadt, Branch No. 45010.  For toll-free transfers from within the EU, you will need to provide the following codes: IBAN: AT24 4501 0000 3310 0744, BIC: VBOEATWWSAL, or you may prefer to pay by credit card at www.gloecknerin.at/payment.
Cancellation Conditions:
Since we have recently suffered increasing financial loss due to last-minute cancellations, we are obliged to point out that the following cancelation conditions are enforced in 100% of cases!
Cancellations are only valid in writing!Â
+  More than 3 months prior to arrival                           0%
+ 1 to 3 months before arrival                                     40%
+ 0 to 30 days before arrival                                     100%
+  delayed arrival or early departure                            100%
In the event of cancellation the deposit is withheld as administration charge.
In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines will apply.
