Awaiting you here in the midst of Salzburg's fantastic mountain world, at elevations ranging from 1,740 to 2,526 m, are 1 cabin lift, 19 chair lifts and 6 tows. Around 100 km of magical ski slopes and 26 km of cross-country trails. All kinds of traditional après-ski fun, an exciting nightlife, modern hotel comforts, top wellness and fitness centers and, last but not least, a splendidly carefree vacation atmosphere ! |

The "Obertauern Snow Explorers" declare the slopes open!
When the drive levers on the ski lifts have once again be shifted to "Go", beginning on November 21st, the "Snow Explorers' are bound to arrive soon. By this we mean a circle of friends including Franz Beckenbauer, Uwe Seeler, Erich Ribbeck and Werner Zimmer. More than 25 years ago, they founded the Obertauern Snow Explorers Club, since which time the friends meet every year in our community to get the new ski season underway! |
